September 2019 American Perspectives Survey
The inaugural American Perspectives Survey tackles public views about political compromise, partisan disagreement, and how Americans perceive the demographic makeup of the Democratic and Republican parties. The national survey of 1,004 adults was conducted online and over the phone using NORC’s probability-based AmeriSpeak panel. The survey reveals places of agreement and areas of misconceptions among the public.
